Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.

Please fill out the Return or Merchandise Exchange section enclosed in your shipment or include your contact information, order number, a brief note what resolution you would like (refund, exchange) and place it inside the return package. All returns more than 60 days old are eligible only to receive an online store credit.

We're sorry return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If your order appears to be damaged from the outside or if you discover any damage as it is being delivered, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Shipping & Handling Fees

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays in the U.S. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed within the business day of receipt of order, if placed before 10am. If the order is on back order, you will be notified by email. Sales tax is collected only from NY State orders. We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
